Delivery & Shipping
We package all of our orders with love and dispatch as fast as we can via An Post. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

We do not take any responsibility for customs and duties applicable at the destination, or for lost packages once shipped.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, we cannot reroute the package and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns
We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please read the conditions below.
We have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective or incorrect. Proof of purchase is required.
Package your return carefully with all original brand packaging and send it tracked to ensure its safe arrival. We do not cover the cost of return or exchange shipping.
Non-Returnable Items: Special orders, patterns, sale items, and gift cards.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vivitradingkinsale@gmail.com. In these cases we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a full refund or replacement, in accordance with your rights under Irish consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (checking for signs of use, smoke, or pet damage), we will email you with our decision.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days. Please keep your post office tracking number until your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the unwanted item following the policy above. Once we accept it and issue your refund, you are welcome to purchase your preferred product. We do not cover the cost of return or exchange shipping.
